Introduction to Nang Fah

Nang Fah gives well-being and relaxing to his clients through Thai massage and Yoga. This is not a therapeutic or medical massage linked to physiotherapy. As for Yoga we practice the Hatha Yoga (postures, breathing exercise, meditation).

The term « massage » is used in the sense of technique used during the « Thai massage » which cannot be translated literally
in the French language. The Thai massage is an ideal well-being technique, non sexual for physical relaxation, loosening and stress relieving.

These treatments are none therapeutic and none medical. They are given to adults.

All treatments given to clients under age will have to be accompanied by a relative or parent.

Any gesture from the client which would be out of place will automatically end the massage session and will be billed to
the client.

We advise the client wishing to receive a Thai massage to wear ample or flexible trousers with a short or long sleeve t-shirt (bring a light or thin wooly jumper in case you are cold).

For the Yoga classes the same clothes are recommended.

Before starting a Thai massage you will be asked to fill in the form "STATEMENT" and the form "GENERAL STATE OF HEALTH". Certain health conditions will prevent you from receiving Thai massage or prevent you to follow a Yoga course.
Other health conditions will oblige you to obtain a doctor’s certificate stipulating that you are liable or eligible to follow Thai massage or Yoga.
